Local Machina Runtime

Client API, MongoDB, Redis, workers, and the Vault MCP run in the customer-controlled environment. Readiness and records stay local and are the source of truth for the Next.js app.

OpenShell box

SportsClaw runs analyst → skeptic evaluator with the local Nemotron LLM, and can call sports-skills tools at runtime. The dedicated Vault event bus is published at :8193. AI proposes; a human disposes.

Compliance

Roster, stats and schedule are real (sports-skills); private signals (biometrics, grades, notes) are simulated and clearly labelled. HIPAA / FERPA-aware, air-gapped on the box.

Self-securing stack

SportsClaw operator + OpenShell egress policy + local NIMs. Nothing clinical leaves the customer box on the showcase path.
